PESTS and BUGS
- While we maintain monthly pest control, the Sierra Mountain environment may still bring occasional bugs. Keeping doors/windows closed helps minimize this.

- Outdoor cameras are only for safety and surveillance. They are actively recording to secure the perimeter of the estate. All devices record both audio and video.
- There are no cameras inside the house.
